Yes. On ToolPixy, PDFs and photos are processed directly in your browser, on your computer, smartphone or tablet, and are not sent to ToolPixy servers. When you finish, you download the result to your device. Your file never enters our servers.

No. Precisely because we want to avoid uploading and storing your documents on our servers, the work is processed in the browser and may be lost when you close the page. If you are working on a very long PDF, for example, we recommend exporting the PDF periodically: you can reload it later and continue from where you stopped.

Yes. The tools available on ToolPixy are free. If we solved a problem for you, we are happy; if you want to support the project, you can always make a donation via PayPal. :-)

As we explain on the About page, ToolPixy started as a collection of tools we needed ourselves and thought could also help other people. We decided to make them freely available online. Advertising and donations help cover server and development costs. If you like the project, you can support us with a donation.

Of course. Our mission is to simplify everyday tasks such as editing an image, preparing a graphic, or filling in and signing a PDF when no printer or scanner is available. You may use the files you create for professional and commercial purposes, provided you respect the rights attached to the content you use. If the service helps you, you can also support it with a donation.

No. For tools that process files locally, the document stays on your device and the result is generated by your browser. ToolPixy does not create a copy on its servers.

Yes. ToolPixy works in modern browsers on smartphones and tablets. For complex jobs, very large files or precision graphic work, a computer with a larger screen may still be more convenient.

No. You do not need an account to use ToolPixy tools.

No. ToolPixy works directly in your browser. You do not need to install software on your computer.

Because much of the processing happens directly on your device, speed also depends on your computer or phone, available memory, browser and file size.

Any work that has not yet been exported may be lost. For long documents or longer edits, we recommend saving the result to your device periodically.

Yes. With Fill PDF you can open multipage documents, add text and place images such as a transparent PNG or SVG signature directly on the pages, then export the document as a PDF again.

Tools that work locally are designed to avoid uploading documents to our servers. You are still responsible for handling and protecting confidential documents or third-party data appropriately.

No. ToolPixy does not acquire ownership of the files you process or the results you create. Rights remain with their respective owners.

ToolPixy provides tools to process them, but you must make sure you have the right to use the content you provide. Technical availability of a tool does not change copyright, trademark or other restrictions that may apply.

Because we want to keep the tools free. Advertising helps cover servers, maintenance and development of new tools without requiring subscriptions for the available features.

Yes. ToolPixy is an evolving project. We plan to keep adding small, genuinely useful tools for images, graphics, PDFs and everyday tasks.
