Terms & conditions
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ToolPixy website (toolpixy.com) and the free tools offered in your browser. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.
1. Site operator
The site is operated by:
New Habits E.r.a.r.

Email: ask@toolpixy.com
For questions about these terms, privacy or how the tools work, write to this address.
2. What ToolPixy is
ToolPixy is a set of free online tools for images, graphics and PDFs. The project exists to simplify everyday tasks — cropping a photo, filling a form, preparing a logo — without installing software and without creating an account.
Where technically possible, processing happens directly in your browser on your computer, phone or tablet. In those cases the file is not sent to ToolPixy’s servers and we do not keep a copy.
No registration is required. You do not need to install a program. The tools on the site are free to use.
3. Files and operational privacy
For locally processed tools, the document stays on your device. ToolPixy does not store a copy on its servers and cannot recover work if you close the page before exporting.
If you are working on a long document, export the result from time to time so you can reload it and continue.
You are responsible for protecting confidential documents or files that contain other people’s data. Do not upload especially sensitive information unless it is necessary.
4. Rights in your content
ToolPixy does not take ownership of the files you process or the results you create. Rights remain with their respective holders.
You must have the rights you need in the images, logos, fonts, text and documents you use. The fact that a tool can process a file does not change copyright, trade marks or other limits on the original material.
You may use the files you produce for work or resale if you have the rights in the source content. ToolPixy does not license third-party material to you.
5. Allowed and prohibited use
You may use ToolPixy for personal, professional and commercial purposes, in line with the law and these terms.
You may not, for example:
- use the tools for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activities;
- attempt to harm the security, availability or operation of the site;
- circumvent technical limits, advertising or consent tools;
- upload content you do not have the rights or permission to use.
6. Free use, advertising and donations
Available features are free. The project is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and donations, which help cover servers and development.
Advertising may use cookies and similar technologies, according to the choices you make in the consent banner and the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
If ToolPixy helped you, you can donate via PayPal. Donations are voluntary and do not create a subscription or extra rights beyond these terms.
7. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them useful, but we do not warrant that they will always be error-free, uninterrupted or perfect for every file, browser or device.
Damaged files, complex PDF layouts, missing fonts or unusual images may produce incomplete results. Always check the exported file before professional, legal or print use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, lost profits or third-party claims arising from the use or inability to use ToolPixy, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
You are responsible for how you use the results and for complying with the rules that apply to the content you process.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw tools, or change the interface, for maintenance, improvement or technical reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when tools, providers or the law change. The updated version is published on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed, to the extent allowed by law, by Spanish law. Where permitted, the courts of the operator’s seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum.
13. Contact
To report a problem, suggest a tool or ask a question: ask@toolpixy.com.
If you can, say which tool you used, plus your browser and device. We will try to check and, if needed, fix the issue.
